So so so good. Just got to make sure the kids will eat the melon and the jello. Otherwise it's easier to just make jigglers.
I used fresh parmesan which tasted great, however it didn't stick to the fish all that well. The powedered kind would stick better. But you can't beat the taste of fresh parmesan!
This was really good and not too hard, despite the huge list of ingredients. However, since I don't think anyone else in my house will eat it, I'm not sure it's worth the effort to make it again.
If you use premade sugar cookie roll, it's way easier than it looks! And totally worth it for the cuteness factor
